FINANCIAL STATEMENT
SICK LEAVE BANK
The Sick Leave Bank was established to aid full-time members who are suffering from prolonged or disabling illness or mental incapacitation. Each full-time member may contribute up to two (2) days from their annual sick day allotment each year. Use the Sick Bank Donation form to contribute to the Sick Leave Bank. Your donation is appreciated.
